A Foundation Built on History

Before the mountain views and modern luxury of our condominiums, this site served as a vital landmark in the early agricultural story of the Flathead Valley.

For decades, the Bruyer Granary stood on this very ground. More than just a structure, the granary was a testament to the hard work and foresight of the early homesteaders who fueled the growth of Kalispell. It was a place of assembly and purpose—a cornerstone of the local community that helped turn the valley into the thriving region it is today.

When we began this project, we knew that the name "Bruyer Heights" was the only choice. It serves as a nod to the legacy of those who cultivated this land long before us.
